Right to withdraw from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) named by you physically takes possession of the goods.
If the contract relates to goods listed in a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or the third party (other than the carrier) you have named physically takes delivery of all the goods.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract in an unequivocal statement (for example, by letter or email).

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send a notification regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

- Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your selection of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered by us) as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be paid by the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method. You will not incur any charges as a result of these refunds. We may delay payment of refunds until we receive the goods back or until you provide evidence of the goods being sent back, whichever is sooner.

You must send the goods back as soon as possible, but in any event within 14 days of the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The time limit is met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14 day period.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Customised items: the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been made to customer specifications or obviously customised.
